5. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed:

• A project may require an advance payment before work begins.

• Remaining payments must be completed before final delivery.

• Delayed payments may delay project completion.

• Visual Create reserves the right to pause work until outstanding payments are received.

6. PROJECT TIMELINES

Estimated delivery dates are provided based on current project requirements.

Project timelines may be extended due to:

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

8. REVISIONS

10. PORTFOLIO RIGHTS

Unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or written agreement, Visual Create reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, and social media
for promotional purposes.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

• Google Workspace

• Google Sheets

• Domain Registrars

• Hosting Providers

Visual Create is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13. CANCELLATION
